Do you have original, branded pills?
All products listed in our online pharmacy are generic.
What is the difference between generic and original drug? Do they have the same or different effect?
Main differences between original and generic drugs are limited by 3 main characteristics: visual appearance, trademark and price. Main compound of the drug is the same, often generic drugs are called by the name of the active substance, while branded pills in most cases have well-known trade names. When the patent on the exclusive manufacturing of the pill expires, the main compound starts to be produced by other manufacturers and are called “generics”. Identical from the point of view of active substance, such drugs have the same effect on the human body as branded ones, with one exception – generics are significantly cheaper drugs. Anyway, you should always follow the recommendations given by the healthcare provider.
Why generics are cheaper than branded drugs?
Besides the manufacturing process, the pharmaceutical companies, that produce original drugs, had to invest enormous sums of money in research and development facilities in order to create the desired chemical compound, later to be tested and provided the open market. All these steps are costly and these costs are included in the price of the original drug. Another point is the brand of the medicine and FDA licence cost. Generics, just copy the formula and produce exactly same active substance with significantly lower initial costs.
The pills look totally different from original drug! Why there are other labels and names printed on?
As said above, original drug had original patent on the manufacturing of the active compound and selling it under the special trademark, which includes also the packaging, form of pills and trade name of the product. Generics may look totally different, at the same time preserving the original active compound, thus having the same effect. Any attempt to copy the style of packaging, shape of pills or trade name may result in copyright claims, trials and high fines.
How can I be sure in the quality of the pills you offer?
We carefully select all medications we offer to our customers. Main reason for this is the following: the better the quality of the goods is, more customers we will be able to achieve. We attract special attention the choice of the supplier, quality of the drugs we sell. We do frequent tests on the batches of the products to be sure that our customers receive only the best products available on the market. All drugs available on our site are licensed and manufactured in India.
What is the shelf life of the pills?
Expiration date is indicated on each package. It may be different for different drug batches. For the most products, shelf life may last up to 2 years from the manufacturing date, depending on the specific manufacturer.
What is the difference between 50mg Viagra tabs and 100mg tabs?
Generic Viagra we offer for our customers is manufactured in 2 options: 50 and 100 mg dosages. Such dosages indicate the amount of sildenafil in each pill: 50mg Viagra pill contains 50 mg of Sildenafil, and respectively 100mg Viagra pill contains 100mg od Sildenafil. Regular dose, often used in medical practice is 50 mg pill. Some people have less sensitivity to the action of the drug, and may require a higher dose, some may have hypersensitivity to the action of the drug, thus requiring less amount of active ingredient. We recommend our customers to start with 50mg pill and in case if you didn’t received the desired effect, increase the dose.

Should I have a prescription to order from you?
Some drugs we offer for sale in our online pharmacy may require a vaild prescription from your doctor. But most of drugs we offer for sale in our online pharmacy do not require a prescription.
What should I do to order from you?
We only accept order made on our website. We do not process not accept orders by phone or e-mail messages.
For ordering a product from our website proceed with the following steps:
- Find a product you want to order
- Choose the product and click “add to cart”
- Choose the amount you want to order
- Press Check Out
- Fill out all the information required
- Double-check the entered information and selected product
- Receive the order confirmation by email. In case if you didn’t received it withing 10 minutes, contact us for support and we will send it again. Check your spam mailbox.
What payment methods do you have?
We accept the payments only by banks cards
When will you actually post the charge?
The charges and order procedure is made in the following order:
- Once you place the order by clicking “Submit” button, the entered information is transmitted to the processing centre, where is checked, if everything is ok, bank card charges.
- Once payment is authorized we confirm and process your order.
Is it secure to give my credit card information at your site?
The security and privacy of our customers I our top priority. Thus, we take serios approach in handling your billing information. Once you proceed to the submitting the order, you will be redirected to the SSL encryption secured page, transmitting encrypted billing data to the credit card processing server. Be careful, the secured pages only start with “https:”, if your credit card is processed by the page that starts with “http:”, your connection is not secure.

Do you ship to my area?
We ship orders worldwide with several exceptions, that include some countries from Asia.
Where the pills are sent from?
All the products listed on our website are made, processed and shipped from India.
What packages do you use? Will I have to sign for the shipment?
As we said before, your anonymity is our top priority. We sent our orders in a safe and discrete envelope to be left in your mailbox. No signature is required for receiving the package. All orders are shipped with regular mail.
Will my order be shipped the same day I purchase?
Most of our products we have in stock for immediate delivery. Nevertheless, we double check your order in order to make sure you have entered the correct deliver information, then we pack your order and send out for delivery. The order processing at our facility may take up to 1-2 days.
What are the shipping methods? When can I expect the delivery?
We offer our customers two possible shipping options:
- Express International Mail: such packages can be tracked by specific tracking number provided. This number can be found in your account section. Please be aware that in some cases, the package can be delivered with express mail without tracking number that may happen to secure successful delivery in Europe and Canada.
- Standard Airmail: These packages cannot be tracked.

Attention! If you order branded products, we cannot sent such orders with standard delivery. Such orders will be delivered by Express Mail.
Keep in mind that time of delivery we provide is an estimated number and is not guaranteed to be precise, due to the things that we are not liable to.
We are not responsible for any delays and barriers created by customs/international mail carrier.
Also we are not responsible for any delays in order processing and deliveries made in the preriods of public holidays, and force majeure (natural disasters, wars, etc.) beyond our control.
What are the shipping rates?
Shipping costs may be different depending on the type of shipping you choose, and the destination country, amount and type of products you ordered. You can check the shipping costs in your shopping cart and checkout page.
Can my order be delayed at customs?
In such case you will be noticed. Usually the procedure is the following: they ask you to visit their office and ask your permission to open the package, after this you will be able to receive your products. On appearing of any problems with picking up your product please contact us, we will try to solve the problem.
What if the package is damaged or something is missing?
In such cases, contact our customer support team and tell us about the problems. We will try to solve your problem and manage you a refund or replacement. Check out our policies for extra information.
For orders for more than 90 pills we send them in multiple packages.
How much will I have to pay if you reship the product?
We reship such orders free of charges. We do not charge our clients for reshipping.
How can I check the status of my order?
We offer 2 options to do this:
- Contact our customer support.
- Check the status on your personal account page.
On your personal account page you will be able to check your bonus amount, dispatch date and estimated day of delivery of your orders. Log-in in your account section enter your email, order number and verification code (Captcha).
On the same page you will be able to find a tracking code for your package, in case if you have ordered Express International Delivery.
The order has not been sent out yet. I need to change the shipping details. What should I do?
